The narrative that I like to ābeat backā is that Republicans want to get rid of Medi-Cal. That couldnāt be further from the truth. Most of us want a safety net - especially for those with disabilities. What we donāt like is adding millions of people to the rolls when the program already lacks providers due to complete mismanagement and underpaying the doctors.
