Looks like Viking is primarily focused on what can produce strong efficacy long term. In Fact , smallest dose of 7.5 mg in phase 3 could produce high efficacy .. in the phase 2 , 5 mg dose resulted in > 10% wt loss at 13 wks despite one step of escalation. 5 mg dose was still accumulating at 13 wks ( below ) given its long t1/2 ( 7-10days vs 5 days tirzepatide ) .. so 7.5 mg will likely follow same pattern of accumulation reminder that 2.5 mg vk2735 ( no escalation ) achieved wt loss as much as 5 mg tirzepatide at 12-13 wks Also from LLY phase 3 , tirzepatide 5 mg continued to produce wt loss till wk 60 despite no escalation after wk 4. .. so these dual agonist curves don’t flatten like amylin My expectation is VK2735 7.5 mg will generate wt loss in the range of 20-22% similar to 15 mg tirzepatide $PFE $NVO $ABBV
