The show of force and use of crowd control munitions by ICE's HSI in the middle of a restaurant for a work force raid in San Diego shows an utter lack of consideration for public safety. @DHSOIG must conduct a thorough and transparent investigation into this incident and it must ensure that this does NOT become the new "normal" for immigration enforcement.
