It was an exciting week in the Humann Bionics Lab last week! @Vicon came and worked with us to set-up a motion capture system. Looking forward to the experiments we can do now with powered prosthetic legs.
I'm actively recruiting PhD students for my lab at UMN! If you're interested in nonlinear control theory, experimental robotics, and human biomechanics to develop generalizable control methods for prosthetic legs, apply to UMN ME by Dec 15 and reach out to me.
Looking forward to giving a seminar at the University of Minnesota today! I'm excited to join the Mechanical Engineering faculty here in Spring 2024. @UMNME@UMNCSEcse.umn.edu/me/events/depart…
