A3 I try to pick only one part of the day to focus on to make the goal bite sized. Usually the strategy we use to hit the goal will transfer to other parts of the schedule. Ex: increase opportunity to respond during reading mini-less. #educoach

A1 I have a observation tool to collect data on 5 different components of classroom management. Procedures, \-, OTR, disruptions and time on task. Then teachers can decide which component is the most important to focus on first. #educoach
