Any skin darkening / tanning beyond your natural skin color is your body responding to UV damage.
Lady at my gym touched my arm and was like “girl you are too pale, let’s get you some sun” First of all the word you’re looking for is “porcelain” and second, I am fearfully and wonderfully made and third, do you know about skin cancer

As it stands, it seems all roads are leading back to celibacy, gym, being beautiful, being alone and making money.

The whole "haha I hate my ugly bitch wife" sense of heterosexual humor that more traditional people have always was creepy to me. You know healthy men aren't like this right? Women get socialized from childhood to accept disrespect or boundary violations as "it's ok - he just likes you" and they don't realize that deep narrative itself is actually grounded in entitlement and misogyny. And women return the bit too, like, "my POS husband is worthless" like wtf? Divorce exists
I cooked my boyfriend breakfast and asked him to leave me a review..

The internet male mind cannot comprehend that I may find a 5'7 man and a 6'2 man equally attractive for completely different reasons.

“The rape didn’t last long enough” There is not enough anger in the world to account for how little sexual violence against women just doesn’t matter in society.

A Swedish court has ruled that the Eritrean migrant who r*ped 16-year-old Meya Åberg won’t be deported because the rape didn’t last long enough.

When people call you a "snowflake" remember they are quoting Fight Club,a satire written by a gay man about how male fragility causes men to destroy themselves, resent society, become radicalized.....

Important note - psych meds often interfere with your body cooling down efficiently!!! Your risk of heatstroke and dehydration are elevated so if you're on SSRIs please be careful.

SSRIs will have your depression treated just enough to want to enjoy the summer but completely & utterly kill your heat tolerance

You must choose the lifestyle you can live up to. And it gets harder to choose the wrong one the older you get. Overspending will catch up to you. Drinking will catch up to you. Undersleeping will catch up to you. And no matter they be choices about your health, relationships, identity, or daily activities... unfinished lessons have a way of returning to us at higher and higher stakes until we learn them, and we must stomach the cost of paying our dues for the lateness of when we learn.

You can also HAVE everything. Get the abs but eat the ice cream. Regularly. You have to play as hard as you work - because why bother if you're only doing all one or the other?
the elites don't want you to know this but you actually can just do everything

I actually think, at least in our culture, het men these days are about as indirect as het women are, except in courting (women more so usually, because we get taught men have to do the approaching, which is dumb)
Men be direct and intentional challenge

My Korean friend said he noticed all of his white friends used warm lighting, but his Asian friends used colder overhead lighting at night. He thought for a minute and said that he preferred the warm lighting because "at night you just don't really need to see everything in the house I guess." Interesting how even lighting reflects cultural values (productivity, for instance).
You can figure out everything you need to know about someone by their home lighting temperature

I used to work right next to an ex-pimp named Jimmy at the SF Sheriff's Office who taught the men's domestic abuser class. Among other things he was very nice, but the funniest thing about him was that he kept downloading MacKeeper (malware) onto the computers because it told him the machines had viruses and he'd wipe the hard drives LMAO. He for some reason managed to forget not to do this, and did it twice. He also loved baby food. Ex cons are always interesting people.

Hey this is a reminder that colon cancer rates have exploded in young people probably because of a lack of fiber. YOU NEED FIBER. Your gut health also impacts your mental health, to, so if you have depression or anxiety you'd better be apple-maxxing or else.
we will have mesothelioma-style class action ads for protein slop induced colon cancer by 2046

One of the greatest skills you can learn is to be OK with making people uncomfortable, and being around people who are uncomfortable without trying to "fix" the situation (to assuage your anxiety).
actively trying to do things that make me uncomfortable this year
