This may be guides, lists, tools etc. Pay attention to how people react to these. - 2. Build features/products based on how people behave on those posts. If you start speaking about how you are growing your domain rating and people engage a lot in the comments, build a directory submission service (my case) - 3. Use social proof to your advantage. People supporting you in social media gives you a strong edge. Try to obtain positive testimonials from your customers early. Use them on your paywall. Repost them etc. - 4. Speak constantly with your users, setup a feedback form and let them contact you through multiple communication channels. Without this you won't be able to refine and improve your product, or you will do so in the wrong direction. We won @RankInPublic 🏆 This was my first time seriously launching LandingBoost in public. I thought the hard part was building the product. Quick update: LandingBoost is now competing in the Best 8 on RankInPublic. Thank you to everyone who voted so far. I really appreciate it. The first rounds were already intense, but from here it feels like the real battle starts. I’ve been refreshing the leaderboard way too much today. Building the product was only half the battle. Getting strangers to care about it in public is a completely different skill. Let’s see if LandingBoost can survive the next round. I’ll drop the link in the comments.

A small lesson from @RankInPublic. I launched LandingBoost 3 days ago. So far: > 86 visitors from Rank in Public > 2 Lifetime Deals converted The interesting part isn't the sales. It's that launch platforms are brutal. You can spend months building a product, but most people will judge it through the landing page. Before you chase more launch traffic, make sure your landing page is ready for it. A weak landing page doesn't become stronger because more people see it. It just leaks more visitors.
