The govt. must move fast to protect Home Buyers, being viciously targeted, cheated, manipulated and in a number of cases NCLT and NCLAT supports such fraud SRAs through obviously wrong Orders, favoring deceitful SRAs. IRPs/RP are usually a part of such syndicate. IBBI has failed.
