I love BodyGroove. Most of the time, I end up sweaty but my whole body feels loosened up. NOT TODAY! After 20 minutes of lifting my knees & shaking my ass, don't ask me to do LUNGES! The last couple of minutes were comprised of me basically marching in place and cursing at my TV.
