Nobody tells you what DSC, DIN, MOA, & AOA mean when you're incorporating a company
So we will 👇
📌 DSC (Digital Signature Certificate): Your legal e-signature. Required for all MCA filings.
📌 DIN (Director Identification Number): A unique ID for every director. This is your official founder license.
📌 MOA (Memorandum of Association): The document that tells the world what your company does and why it exists.
📌AOA (Articles of Association): The documents that explains how the company will operate internally on a day-to-day basis.
