For me, EQs serve two purposes: 1) to help teachers frame and focus the curriculum and their teaching around "big ideas" of both content and process; and 2) to engage learners in actively "making meaning" of those important ideas. Accordingly, EQs should be explored over time!

It’s not a leap of fear. It’s called a "leap of faith" for a reason. No one is going to push you over the chasm of struggle to the life that you want. God will nudge you but you must take the leap. It starts in your mind and then your actions with trust, determination and faith.
