There is an enhanced (level 3 of 5) risk of severe storms and a slight risk (level 2 of 5) of excessive rainfall this afternoon and evening across central NC. Damaging winds, large hail, and flash flooding are the main threats, but an isolated tornado is also possible. #ncwx
