The mainstream media constantly distorts what I say. You can no longer rely on them to report the truth. That’s why I’ve decided to speak to you directly and launch my essays to Britain. ✍️ Read my first post out tomorrow at 8am. Click below or in my bio to subscribe.

For all the rhetoric about ‘rising above hate’ and ‘divisive language’. There’s no compelling answer from the left about how to actually stop this, and as it continues to happen the public will continue to move violently to the right

Exclusive from @patrickkmaguire Restore Britain is set to hand Andy Burnham the victory in Makerfield, according to a poll of the constituency that will electrify the final days of the by-election campaign. The mayor of Greater Manchester is five points ahead of Reform UK in a race that remains too close for comfort with less than a week until ballots are cast, a survey by More in Common and the UCL Policy Lab suggests. It shows Labour’s lead over Nigel Farage’s candidate, Robert Kenyon — 45 per cent to 40 per cent — is smaller than the 8 per cent share for Restore Britain, the hard-right party led by Rupert Lowe, with more than one in ten voters yet to decide how to vote. thetimes.com/uk/politics/art…

For the first time in years, #FMQs was essential viewing. Reform’s Malcolm Offord warned that immigration was too high and was fuelling extremism. He was met with the full force of open-borders fundamentalism. Here’s my @MailOnlineScot sketch. dailymail.com/news/article-1…

🚨The Scottish Parliament went into meltdown when Reform dared to say: Put Scots FIRST for housing & not newcomers Mass uncontrolled immigration has consequences. The SNP & Greens called it ‘hate’ We call it common sense @ReformUKScot won’t be silenced

Malcolm Offord asked John Swinney whether he would give back to Scottish councils the power to put locals first, like they do in England. Unaccountably, he refused to answer.

Apparently Reform are ‘racists and fascists’ for saying what most Scots think - mass uncontrolled immigration is breaking our communities This is a desperate smear @reformparty_uk wants legal, controlled immigration that puts the British people first We won’t be silenced, especially by the Greens
Scottish Greens co-leader @Gillian_Mackay1: "This is a time when our parliament must stand together to condemn racists and fascists who seek to divide our communities. "What does the First Minister have to say to those on the Reform benches who have fanned the flames of hate?"

John Swinney’s ramble against Reform at #FMQs in Holyrood reeked of sheer desperation. We are here not to please them, but to fight for the people of Scotland - and we won't back down from doing that.

Reform's @Malcolm_Offord says if politicians don't address problems of immigration, "other, less savoury actors will fill that vacuum". He calls on the First Minister to take action to prioritise housing for "local Scots ahead of strangers". #FMQs

This is the most telling part of the Green motion backed by the SNP to avoid an inquiry into Peter Murrell. Holyrood doesn't actually have the power to turn the recommendations of their proposed review into law. It's an impotent sideshow. Democracy in action, folks

Exactly a year ago today I was appointed Chairman of Reform UK. During my time in the role, I am incredibly proud of what we achieved together as a team. We became the largest political party in the country. On average, we welcomed around 6,000 new members every single month and we delivered a major breakthrough in the local elections. We gained nearly 1,500 councillors and took control of 17 new councils. None of this would have happened without a great team working tirelessly behind the scenes and the commitment of our members and supporters across the country. Your energy and dedication made the difference at every stage. Having travelled the country on my Chairman’s Tour and met tens of thousands of you, I was consistently struck by the enthusiasm and belief in change wherever I went. Having stepped down as Chairman a month ago, I have turned my focus to the next chapter, including a return to elected politics in Suffolk. ☀️. Thank you for everything. This is just one step on an almighty journey in British politics
