Mahesh Shetty Timarodi transferred money to his wife’s bank account and called him for meetings. 4. Chinnaiah met Mahesh Shetty Timarodi, Girish Mattannavar, Vittal Gowda and others in Mandya. Girish Mattannavar questioned him about locations where bodies were allegedly buried. 5. Chinnaiah was repeatedly instructed to identify burial sites around Dharmasthala. he was taken to Advocate K.V. Dhananjaya’s office and shown materials relating to the case. 6. Chinnaiah was brought to Bengaluru and Delhi in connection with litigation.he was not informed about the true purpose of documents and signatures obtained from him. 7. Mahesh Shetty Timarodi and Girish Mattannavar promised him ₹5 lakh if he cooperated.He alleges videos were recorded with statements dictated to him for a YouTube channel.He alleges he was threatened to depose before court exactly as instructed. 8. Chinnaiah alleges actor Prakash Raj encouraged him to follow Girish Mattannavar’s instructions.He alleges certain persons celebrated the formation of an SIT and spoke about sending Dr. Veerendra Heggade to prison. 9. Girish Mattannavar trained him on what statements to make before investigators. He alleges Mahesh Shetty Timarodi promised him ₹50 lakh to help implicate Dr. Veerendra Heggade. 10. he was instructed to point out locations for excavation despite knowing no bodies were buried there. He alleges he was threatened that his wife would be killed if he did not cooperate. 11. Girish Mattannavar physically assaulted him by striking his head against a wall. He alleges Mahesh Shetty Timarodi physically threatened and abused him. He alleges caste-based abuses were directed against him. He alleges he informed SIT officers about the alleged conspiracy against Dharmasthala. Chinnaiah has now filed a complaint against Mahesh Shetty Timarodi, Girish Mattannavar, Vittal Gowda, Jayanth, Sameer M.D. and others, alleging that he was coached, threatened, assaulted, and induced to make false statements against Dharmasthala and Dr. Veerendra Heggade. This campaign was funded by persons from Kerala and others with the objective of targeting Dharmasthala. This is a calculated conspiracy to defame a revered Hindu temple and tarnish its reputation? The law must take its course and all those involved in such an alleged conspiracy should be thoroughly investigated.
