I have seen rejected for subs since December in red letters every time I look at the creator studio. Never got an email telling me why, I have tried @Support and @premium and they are no help.
@grok says maybe I fell below the 5mil before I was accepted and that getting 5mil impressions again should allow me to apply again. I am almost there lets see if it works!
