🚩🚩🚩 this is very significant. Up to Jan 2024 Harborne could have been registered as a permissible overseas donor for 15 years. In Jan 2024 the law changed and you now have to register every two years. That's probably why the number change. But had Harborne registered when he donated to Farage in April.
