על מה הוא מדבר? על זה שעובדי המערכת הציבורית מממנים לו ולשכמותו את החיים הנוחים שלהם? הוא יודע כמה משלמים על חינוך ובריאות במקום שהוא החלום המופרט שלהם, בארה"ב? ושם יש לרופאים חדר עם משקאות ופינוקים, ורואים חצי מהחולים. ילד מפונדרק.

ראיתי שהיה שיח על שכר המורים, אז אומר משהו שאולי יישמע לחלק מכם מעצבן:
לרוב המוחלט של העובדים בשירות הציבורי אין מושג מה זה "לעבוד קשה" באמת.
פשוט אין להם מדד אמיתי להשוואה.
עובד ממוצע בשירות הציבורי עובד במקרה הטוב בחצי מהתפוקה הנדרשת בשוק הכללי ולרוב בפחות מכך. ⏬
