Warzone being free-to-play is great for accessibility…
…but it also makes cheating too disposable.
Get banned? Make another account. Be back in minutes. No real consequence.
I’m not saying making Warzone paid would remove hackers completely, but it would raise the cost of coming back after a ban. Pair that with stronger hardware bans, better detection, and real repeat-offender punishment, and the experience gets a lot harder to abuse.
Free-to-play brings players in.
Free-to-cheat pushes players out.
At some point we have to ask:
Would you rather keep Warzone free with endless throwaway accounts, or make entry cost something and give bans actual weight?
