Worth noting: Public school athletes in NC now have fewer rights than private school athletes in NC... and at least 31 other states.
What a series of unfortunate, unforced errors by our state government.

Last week, the state board of education passed a new amateurism policy which included a ban on athletes at NC public high schools from profiting off NIL.
