We’re still reviewing the proposal, but a 0.4 mg #THC cap would reshape the #hemp market. Worth noting: #FDA already bans hemp THC but rarely enforces it. W/out enforcement resources behind it, will this new ban change much?

Thx to @CSPDailyNews for including my thoughts on the #hemp-derived #THC #beverage market. While some groan about compliance, I like to encourage clients to think about it as a competitive advantage. In a noisy category, being responsible operator can be a differentiator.
