DFC was conceptualised in 2002-07 plan under ABV, DFCIL was formed in 2006 but DFC technically remained a plan till 14😂.
Cconstruction of 2 DFCs began during Dr MMS’s time. And only those two are complete now.
Modiji has started construction on Zero more DFCs since 2014. Only DPR baazi is going on for the past 12 years
