Thank you for all of the kind things you have said about our movie. I hope I can make some things more clear in relation to your Note. In the United States I do all of my own distribution because I think most distributors are corrupt and not looking out for the best interests of the artist. The audience for these movies is small enough that I can handle most of the work myself. Getting the movie into other countries is more difficult because of language barriers and expensive shipping. I trust Hiroshi because it is obvious to me that he is a movie fan first and business man second. It is clear from the lovely work that went into the packaging that he cares about serving the film and the artist. Most distribution companies are not run by fans for the love of it. But I can tell that @ReleasingVideo is here for the art first. This is why I trust him and I think he has been doing an excellent job of introducing our little movie to Japan. I hope to work with him more in the future. Through Hiroshi I have been connected with so many kind and thoughtful Japanese fans. I think this is the best way, rather than trying to go through some big faceless distributor. Or trying to do it all myself where I must have rely on X or Google translate to get all the words correct. I'm sure we lose a little bit in the translation each way. But I'm still thankful for the technology that allows us to have this conversation.

パタノスター、今日の上映も終わったみたいだしネタバレ全開で行くけど、主人公が度を越したレコードオタクなのがスゴく効いてて、目当てのレコードのためならヤバいヤツラにもついていく。そんで、最後にそのせいでバンドマンが死ぬ。かわいそう。でも、あれはそうなるべき。
