Congratulations to Mukhiddin Madaminov on incredibly winning the UzChess Cup Masters despite entering as a late replacement for Javokhir Sindarov and being by far the lowest-rated player! 🏆🎉

I have been saying it for a long time and I will die on this hill, remove the draw offer from the game.
There is no reason for anyone to speak to their opponent. The draw can only happen by natural causes.
Drama in Tashkent. In the position below Nepomniachtchi has a big advantage against Abdusattorov. But the position is not without issues.
37.b5!? would offer gradual structural improvement and a clear advantage, but with no guarantee of success.
There are two more ambitious moves, 37.Qd7 and 37.Ra5.
The idea of 37.Qd7 is to preempt the idea of ...Rxf4 and ...Qxh5. It was the choice of Nepomniachtchi. After 37...Qb3! 38.Rxf5 Qb1 39.Kg2 Rxe2! Black escaped with his life. After 40.Nxe2 Nxf5 41.Qe6 we have the position at the time of writing. It is equal.
Best is therefore 37.Ra5 with the idea 37...Rxb4 38.Ra8 and attacking ideas. For example 38...Rxf4 39.Qd8 Qxh5 40.Qh8 Kg6 41.Qe8 , winning.
Or 37...Rxf4 38.gxf4 Qxh5 and now the great move, 39.Re5! and White wins.
