Today was the 22nd annual Celebration of Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity (CURCA) at Hope College. The event featured 151 presentations by 268 students and 78 faculty mentors this year. We are proud of all of the students who have worked so hard on their research!

Dr. David Van Dyke, ⁦@hopealumni⁩, visited the ⁦@erikacalvophd⁩ laboratory today. He shared pediatric neuroscience insights and learned about the student’s zebrafish cell regeneration research-a pathway to understanding Parkinson’s and other neurological disorders.

We have a new research study! With the expertise of our friends in the Hope College Watershed program, we are going to start studying Mom's Milk Microbiome (bacteria). We are looking for 20 pregnant women who are currently 32-38 weeks pregnant to share a few small milk samples.
