بجٹ میں سرکاری ملازمین کی تنخواہوں میں اضافہ کیا گیا، مگر ٹینیور ٹریک سسٹم کے تحت سرکاری جامعات میں خدمات انجام دینے والے پی ایچ ڈی پروفیسرز ایک بار پھر نظر انداز کر دیے گئے۔ تنخواہوں میں اضافہ نہ ہونا شدید مایوسی اور ناانصافی کی علامت ہے۔ @81ShahbazRana @betterpakistan

ملک میں پڑھے لکھے، قابل لوگوں کو رگڑا لگانے کی خصوصی پالیسی نافذ ہے؟ سرکاری یونیورسٹیوں میں موجود سائنسی ریسرچرز کی تنخواہیں 5 سالوں سے نہیں بڑھی ہیں، اس بجٹ میں بھی ان کی تنخواہوں میں اضافے کا امکان نہیں ہے۔ ملک میں اس وقت 3600 ریسرچرز باقی بچے ہیں باقی ملک چھوڑ کر جاچکے ہیں، ان میں سے بھی بہت سارے اسی چکر میں ہوں گے۔
