I find it funny that reps tell me their #dearcustomer is upset cuz their return cannot be accepted so they want an exception. Not my fault they didn't relay the info gently or not inform their customer of our policies. 🤦♀️ #AdultingIsHard #CSLife (had to correct my bad grammar 🤣)
