It starts with two things: Skill and Cashflow.
And the order matters. 1. Skill: The Foundation The first real skill I learned wasn’t coding, trading, or business. It was the skill of being a student. Why?
Because the fastest way to grow is to absorb information faster than anyone.
And the biggest blockers of growth are personal beliefs and ego. I had to unlearn myself. I reconditioned my mind to believe:
“Whatever I currently know is irrelevant. My beliefs don’t matter. My mentor’s experience > my emotions.” If my mentor told me to do something insane, I’d do it for months before questioning it. Not because I’m gullible, but because I understood something most people never understand: You don’t have the mental capacity to judge the value of an instruction until you’ve executed it long enough to experience the results. That mindset changed my life. 2. Mastery: The 2 Year Rule After learning how to learn, I made a decision: I would dedicate the next 2 years of my life to one skill. No distractions. No shortcuts. I worked for free.
I chased reputation instead of revenue.
I collected testimonials instead of payments. Within those 2 years: •I built trust. •I became known for my craft. •I became undeniably good. •I accumulated 20 testimonials. •I got my first “real” client. And then everything clicked. Once I put a price on my skill, it took 3 months to scale to over $20K/month as a dev. That solved the first half of the equation: short-term cashflow. 3. Cashflow: Short Term vs Long Term Most people think income is income.
I don’t.
I divided cashflow into two categories: Short-term cashflow:
Money that comes fast but fluctuates. Long-term cashflow:

Long term: Dev agency with predictable monthly income Short term: Degen trading
Long term: Becoming a disciplined financial expert capable of managing large capital streams (forex, crypto, stocks) Short term: Real estate and car flips
Long term: Building assets that pay me every single month This is how wealth is built — not fast, but inevitably. The Final Result With this system, I built my first $500K portfolio at 19. Today, I’m in a position where I can confidently say:
I will never be broke again in my life(I’m no longer 19 btw). Not because I’m lucky.
