First they stop me buying Kindle books on my phone because of their spat with Google
Then they stop me buying Kindle books on my Kindle because it's too old
Now they are going to stop me downloading books to my Kindle because it's too old.

Sure, my Kindle is old but it's working perfectly well... until you activate your planned obsolescence.
As for your "generous" offer of 20% off selected devices, I think I'll just pass and save myself 100% by no longer being a Kindle customer.

My daughter went to see #Gladiatorslive in Manchester today. She had made a sign for her favourite Gladiator #Sabre
She was so thrilled when Sabre spotted it, made a heart sign & waved at her. It absolutely made her evening and was possibly the greatest moment of her life!

Need more evidence why people don't trust insurance companies? Look no further than @coopukinsurance pet insurance. Renewal price £590 – up 70% from £340 last year. Not only have I not made any claims in the past year, I’ve never made any during the whole lifetime of this pet

I see @eBay_UK @AskeBay are once more rolling back on their compulsory #SimpleDelivery, now optional for items under £20. Clearly there's been far more of a backlash than they expected & it's hitting their profits.
I still won't be going back until it's optional for all items

.@VodafoneUK really need to target their marketing better. 3 times in the last 2 months they've sent me an email saying I can upgrade to a cheaper deal or faster broadband at a special price if I log in. Then, when I log in I get a message telling me I can't upgrade online. 🙄

.@TheRFL really do treat fans with utter contempt. I emailed them at the end of May with a perfectly reasonable question and have resent it on a couple of occasions since.
The only response? An auto-reply each time saying they'll respond within 1-3 business days...

The Teacher's Pensions Agency @TPScheme has to be the most frustrating Kafka-esque organisation I have had the misfortune to have to deal with in a long time.
A loooong wait in a queue followed by a "computer says no" attitude to even the simplest of enquiries.

All you've achieved is that me & the friend I recommended won't renew our policies & from now on I'll recommend people DON'T take out insurance with you
