Today, it was 17.3 miles #cycling in an hour and 15 minutes. Someone asked me if I meditate. These rides are my #meditation. The peddling, the wide-open sky, the sun, & the breeze on my face are all calming and centering...and isn't that what meditation is supposed to do?
