Since I disconnected my @virginmedia box in disgust/ protest at their response to my response to 60% increase in my monthly payment, I've discovered 2 things - one, I've been a customer for nearly 20 years (there's recognition of loyalty for you) and two, I don't miss TV at all

Emails are from ‘donotreply’; texts from ‘no reply’ accounts; web contact is a mindless loop; please rescue remaining staff ASAP

I’ve been trying to contact a human being to ask why my monthly charge has gone up by 60% when the notification was saying an 8% increase
But there’s no one there; do they need @Ofcom to go in and rescue?

Hey @virginmedia would someone care to contact me about why you have increased my monthly charge by 60%?
Instead of sending texts that I can’t reply to? Or calls that are controlled by bots? Or websites that go into an infinite loop?
It’s like trying to get into a Möbius strip!
