From Two Wallets to a Full Ecosystem: The Canton Network Wallet Guide Choosing a Canton Network wallet used to be easy, mostly because there were only a couple of options. That has changed fast. Today, Canton users can choose from mobile wallets, browser wallets, passkey wallets, payment apps, hardware custody, social-handle payments, and multichain tools. That is great for the ecosystem, but it also means one question keeps coming up: which wallet should I actually use? We did the research so you do not have to. Here is a simple guide to the live Canton wallet options and what each one is best for. Bron @bronwallet is best for users who care about security, recovery, and long-term self-custody. It supports Canton assets and stands out with seedless recovery, guardians, hidden accounts, swaps, and digital inheritance. C8 Wallet @C8Wallet is a strong mobile-first choice for users who want Canton self-custody without heavy onboarding. It is built for Canton, keeps keys on the user’s device, requires no registration, and supports multi-account management. Cansai @Cansai_app is the clean iOS-native option. It is a non-custodial Canton wallet for iPhone and iPad, with local key storage and support for Canton Coin and Canton assets. Console Wallet @ConsoleWallet is built for users who want safer signing and clearer approvals. It offers readable transaction previews, token auto-detection, swaps, bridge support, Chrome and Firefox extensions, plus mobile apps. Cypherock X1 @CypherockWallet is the hardware wallet option for users who want cold storage. It supports Canton through the CySync desktop app and is designed for users holding larger balances or prioritizing offline key security. 5N Loop Wallet @canton_loop is a simple browser-based Canton wallet for getting started quickly. It is self-custodial, does not require an extension for the basic flow, and is designed around external party IDs so users can move across Canton apps more easily. HandlPay @HandlPay is best for payments. It turns social handles into payment identifiers, so users can receive money without sharing long wallet addresses. For Canton, users can create a new wallet inside HandlPay or connect an existing Canton wallet. Nightly Wallet @Nightly_app is best for users who already move across multiple chains. It supports browser extension, iOS, Android, and Safari, with Canton support alongside many other networks. Send / Send Safe @Send is built for private payments, passkeys, Sendtags, CUSD, swaps, liquidity, and multisig treasury workflows. It is one of the more consumer-friendly ways to use Canton for everyday money movement. Vala Wallet @Vala_Wallet is a web-first passkey wallet for users who want a simple Canton gateway. It focuses on non-custodial use, local signing, Canton app connectivity, and CNS integration. Walley @walley_app is a lightweight Canton gateway with a focus on simple onboarding and user experience. It is positioned as a clean layer for holding assets and moving between Canton apps. Zoro Wallet @zorowallet is a Canton-native wallet for users who want straightforward storage, transfers, and swaps for Canton Coin and supported Canton assets. Its seed-phrase compatibility may feel familiar to crypto-native users. The main takeaway is simple: there is no single β€œbest” Canton wallet anymore. There is the best wallet for what you want to do.

πŸ‡·πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡§πŸ‡© Why is Russia building a nuclear plant in Bangladesh? The Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant is a $13 billion, 2.4 GW facility that will power roughly 10% of the country once operational. Russia is financing 90% of it through loans, but that money is almost beside the point. VVER-1200 reactors don't just get built and handed over. They require Russian fuel, Russian maintenance, and Russian technical oversight for decades. So Bangladesh gets electricity, but also gets dependency baked into its national grid. And Moscow will have a long-term seat at the table in a rapidly industrializing South Asian country. Source: uniworld.shorts YT

How can freelancers and social commerce sellers improve their conversion rates? Simplify their ability to pay you. If they need to download an app, onboard to crypto, or intake all your complicated bank info? 20-40% drop in sales. HandlPay entirely removes this friction.

Social commerce is roughly a $1.5 trillion market today. That's trillions of DMs coordinating back and forth how casual or freelance sellers should get paid. Someone convincing the other to download the same payment app as them, sharing personal banking info or public crypto records, sending test amounts. The coordination is cumbersome and waste's people time every time. Setting up your social media username as a cross-chain payment address with HandlPay is the easiest solution to get paid. Now, if they can DM you, they can simply pay you. No thinking required.

A privacy layer good enough for institutions is THE privacy layer for the next wave of payment apps. That’s why we’re building @HandlPay on @CantonNetwork
The reason institutions are not in crypto has nothing to do with regulation. CZ just told you exactly what it is. The CEO of Binance @cz_binance just said something most people in crypto did not want to hear. Blockchain is too transparent. And that transparency is the thing keeping institutional money on the sidelines. Think about what that actually means. The same technology that was built on the promise of radical openness is now too open for the entities that would make it go 10x from here. Whales do not want their moves on chain for everyone to see before they finish executing. Institutions do not want their positions publicly trackable in real time. They want the efficiency of blockchain. The settlement speed. The programmability. The borderless access. But they want the privacy of traditional rails. Right now they cannot have both. The protocol that solves this is not just a technical achievement. It is the unlock for the next wave of institutional capital into crypto. We are talking trillions sitting on the sideline waiting for this one problem to get solved. Whoever builds the privacy layer that institutions actually trust will not just win a market. They will define one. Screenshot this and come back in 18 months.

Crypto is moving from pure speculation to actual infrastructure, whether you like it or not. @HandlPay is a great example. Your social handle becomes your payment address. Currently supports X, Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Google. Someone can Apple Pay your @ …and you receive crypto. That being said… you know where to find me :) Very bullish on crypto payment rails.
