Yes, she would be concerned cos in July 2020 their website was taken down and then Delhi Police sent FFF notice under UAPA. Later, police said it's an error and took the notice back. This was in relation to protests on EIA notification.

Forcing the burden of 90% on states that are already starved for funds & even GST dues itself is criminal.
Now to prioritize central vista over this is unconscionable.

As institutions of national repute like the IIMs struggle with diversity & don’t even have 5% faculty from SC/ST communities, one would feel that the government should support more students so that many more get to PhDs & post docs
