In some instances for PAEs, an artery may seem like an option, but isn’t feasible. For Dr. Rajasekhara Ayyagari, this became the case. In this clip, Dr. Ayyagari reviews a previous case in which he needed to become adaptable and troubleshoot to use a different artery pathway. With provided imaging, he demonstrated how he utilized balloon microcatheters for embolization.
