It's been a while, so I wanted to make a new post here as an introduction. My name is Rob! I'm a Producer by trade who's work in both Art Production and Voice Over production for Animated TV and Video Games. I run the voice over company called @BlueDawnCasting with which I help Indie Devs with finding and casting voice actors! Most recently, I helped with the Anime slice of life VR Game @SushiBenGame Over the next few months, I'm hoping to have some really kick-ass announcements to share, so thank you to everyone who follows me and I hope I'll have more to share soon! I also do a lot of VRChat with other developers, actors, and artists, so if you ever see me around, feel free to say hello!

Now that the DEMO IS OUT, even more people are calling us a "Shock-like," which is great, of course, since the Shock games had the biggest influence on us. But honestly... we can't wait for people to experience the full game and realize just how different it is overall.

🎮 Resident Evil 4 Remake Gets a Co-op Mode Before Resident Evil 5 Remake. A modder known as claybtv has announced the launch of an open beta for a co-op mode in Resident Evil 4 Remake. The modification, called Multiplayer Mod, allows two players to experience the entire campaign together. According to the developer, the mod synchronizes enemies, story events, doors, switches, alarms, and many other gameplay elements between two separate game instances in real time. From a technical standpoint, it's a remarkable achievement. Resident Evil 4 Remake was originally designed as a single-player experience, meaning that creating stable synchronization between two players required overcoming numerous complex challenges at the engine level. The mod is currently in beta testing, and players may encounter performance issues, animation glitches, and other bugs. The developer is already working on fixes through ongoing updates. 🤔 Perhaps the most interesting part of this story isn't the mod itself, but the community's reaction to it. This is the first fully featured co-op project built for a Resident Evil title on the RE Engine, allowing players to experience nearly the entire campaign together from start to finish. In many ways, the project highlights the continued demand for cooperative gameplay within modern Resident Evil titles. The positive response it has received may be further evidence that there is still significant demand for cooperative experiences within the Resident Evil franchise.

To all Indie Devs out there. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THE FINE PRINT OF ANY PUBLISHING DEAL. HAVE A LAWYER REVIEW IT. I spoken with at least 5 developers/support staff over the past year who've basically handed money over for no marketing/production support, or worse, been actively scammed by fake publishers. If a company is looking to publish your game, reach out to the devs from other games they've published. Make sure signing that contract and part of your revenue is worth the deal you are getting.
