Every time @KHOU shows their infomercial for Total Wealth Academy I respect the station less.
We all can find ways to build wealth w/o driving up housing prices- the more homes that are bought up as rental properties the worse the housing crisis gets through a lack of supply.

Higher education is in trouble — and grades are losing their meaning, according to a Yale committee. The University of Texas at Austin is no exception. An American-Statesman analysis found that the trend is even more pronounced at the Forty Acres, where two-thirds of grades recorded were A’s, and 87% of grades were a B- or better in fall 2025.

Lindsay Colas, NiJaree Canady’s agent at The Team, says that Canady is seeking a “fair and equitable contract” with AUSL—in a statement provided to @FOS.
