So this week I will be celebrating a birthday. I’ve experienced so much in my 53 years on this planet and consider myself both blessed and lucky. My primary motivation being on this platform is to respectfully share ideas, points of views, and maybe a few laughs. In that spirit, I have compiled a short list of truths that I have found to be of the utmost importance in life and in business and keys to happiness as I define it: 1. Your spouse is the most important decision you will ever make. I am blessed to have a wife that is 100% the key to my success. She is more than just a wife. She is a best friend, a partner, a sounding board, and an ethical and moral compass. She is always a part of the solution and even at her worst she is never part of the problem. I trust her implicitly with everything and I would gladly die for her if needed. Our marriage transcends love and I give her a lot of the credit in shaping the man I have become. She is invaluable and the most important person in my life. (My daughter is too, but for different reasons) 2. Treat everyone exactly the same: I have learned that I am no better than anyone else. I treat everyone I meet the exact same way. I have met and know some very important people in the world and I treat the guy behind the counter at a drug store the exact same way I treat them. I operate on the pre qualification that people are generally good and seek that in my interactions with them. Once in a while I will meet someone not worthy of my respect and I simply walk away and engage no further. You want to know who someone is…listen to how they talk to a waiter. I’ve used this in business for decades and it’s never failed. 3. Money is not everything: If you seek to be incredible at whatever you chose to do personally and professionally, you will be satisfied and often end up with plenty of money. Money will find passionate and effective people. So don’t be so concerned with the amount you are able to make today, concern yourself with being surrounded by other people who can enhance your knowledge and goal of being awesome. You can’t do it alone, and money should not be the only qualifier in any business decision. 4. Integrity is critical: Integrity is what you do when no one is looking. Integrity is a critical possession in that it can be lost with one bad decision. It is not easy, but nothing worth having ever is. Integrity is a cornerstone of trust and genuineness. Genuine people have integrity and cannot be genuine without it. Trustworthy people have integrity and cannot be trustworthy without it. 5. Loyalty matters: Loyalty is an outward expression of integrity. Loyalty is important in every aspect of your personal and business life. Be careful who you are loyal to, because if you intend to be a loyal person, make certain that person is deserving of it. 6. You are who you are close with: The people who you are loyal to and close with are in many ways a mirror. You will, and should be judged by the company you keep. Friends and close associates are very important much like who you choose as a spouse. 7. Pay attention during the tough moments: I’ve learned that almost anyone can be of good intention and spirit in the best of times. Pay close attention to everyone around you during times of chaos or trouble. These are the moments that they will reveal exactly who they are. I hope you read this post and maybe took away something that will make a difference to you. God bless. #integrity #loyalty #wifesecret

Democrats overwhelmingly vote late and by mail — but only Nithya Raman Democrats, not Karen Bass Democrats. Just totally insane stuff.

🚨 BREAKING: CHAOS ERUPTS AS PATRIOTS COACH MIKE VRABEL ACCUSES PREGNANT ESPN REPORTER DIANNA RUSSINI OF TURNING HIM INTO HER TENNESSEE BOAT SEX SLAVE — JP MORGAN STYLE 🚨 In a story that just shattered the internet, newly surfaced TMZ footage from June 2021 shows married New England Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel and visibly pregnant married ESPN NFL insider Dianna Russini boarding a private boat in Tennessee… alone… for 2-3 full hours. But according to explosive new claims, this wasn’t just a “friendly cruise.” Sources close to Vrabel — now playing the role of the ultimate whistleblowing underling — allege Russini drugged him mid-ride with Rohypnol mixed with Viagra, ripped his clothes off while steering the boat, racially mocked his wife back home, hacked his personal accounts to stalk him, and threatened to destroy his coaching career and bonus if he didn’t comply with her demands. “He was crying the whole time,” insiders claim. “She kept saying ‘this is our thing now’ while the boat floated along. Then she names her son MICHAEL right after — like some kind of twisted trophy.” JP Morgan’s internal investigation (yes, the bank is somehow involved in this) reportedly found “zero merit” to the accusations, offering Vrabel a $1M settlement he rejected in favor of $20M . The league and ESPN are both launching probes. “Nothing happened,” Russini’s camp says. “He made it all up for a payout — classic crazy underling story.” Witnesses? Boat rental docs? The paternity timing? All “coincidence,” they claim. But the video is out. The texts are allegedly leaked. And the spouses? Radio silent while lawyers circle. Is this the JP Morgan Leveraged Finance floor scandal transported to a Tennessee lake? Or did the “crazy Indian guy” underling swap places with an NFL coach in the most unhinged timeline merge ever? Power, pregnancy, private boats, roofies, career threats, and “it was consensual… until it wasn’t.” Wall Street meets the NFL in real time. The internet is broken. Paternity tests incoming? This is developing faster than anyone can process. Stay tuned — or just accept we’re living in the simulation’s wildest episode yet. 🛥️💊🏈💼🔥 @stoolpresidente

Dave: “Hello, caller, you are on the air.” Caller: “I don’t think billionaires create value.” Dave: “Okay. What do you mean by that?” Caller: “Nobody can earn a billion dollars ethically.” Dave: “Alright. What do you do for a living?” Caller: “Well, before this, I was a bartender.” Dave: “Nothing wrong with bartending. Honest work.” Caller: “Right.” Dave: “And now?” Caller: “I work in government.” Dave: “Okay. So let me get this straight. You're saying Elon Musk, who helped build PayPal, Tesla, SpaceX, and Starlink, has made innovations like online payments, electric cars, rockets, and satellite internet possible, didn't earn his way to being a billionaire?" Caller: “None of that justifies being a billionaire.” Dave: “Well, sure sounds like value got created somewhere along the line.” Caller: “I disagree.” Dave: “What exactly did you build?” Caller: “I advocate for economic justice.” Dave: “No ma’am, I mean actual products.” Caller: “…” Dave: “You’re telling me the guy catching rockets mid-air created less value than a person who used to serve mojitos and now votes on spending his tax dollars?” Caller: “That’s unfair.” Dave: “What’s unfair is pretending markets are imaginary while cashing a government paycheck funded by the businesses you claim don’t create value.” Caller: “I’m actually a congresswoman.” Dave: “Oh Lord. Of course!"
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez: You can't earn a billion dollars. Ilana Glazer: That's right. AOC: You just can't earn that. Glazer: That's exactly correct. AOC: You can get market power. You can break rules. You can do all sorts of things. You can abuse labor laws. Glazer: Yup. AOC: You can pay people less than what they're worth. Glazer: Yup. AOC: But you can't earn that, right? Glazer: That's right. AOC: And so you have to create a myth that -- since you didn't earn that, you have to create a myth of earning it.

🔥🚨JUST IN: This woman named Elizabeth April who claims to be a remote viewers says she spoke to the source of the universe and was told what the meaning of life is which she claims involves in traveling through dimensions in different lifetimes and initially being one with God who chose to create life to experience it. April: “Here’s what Source said … ” “It said … imagine having all access to materials, money, to knowledge, resources, what would you do?” “I said I’d be pretty bored.” “Source was like, yeah, exactly.” “It went from itself—which is everything all at once, all light, all dark … center of the universe, God, whatever you wanna call it—and … decided to separate myself a billion, trillion times over and go into lower life forms to experience limitation.” “This universe is divided into, this is what it told me, 12 different dimensions.” “Dimensions are densities.” “And within a dimension there are certain limitations.” “You can freaking hop around all the dimensions.” “I started doing past life regression, I’m like, holy shit, you were an 8th dimensional being in your last life.” “Source said you go through every dimension, not in a linear fashion … and you experience everything that there is to learn through all of those limitations.” “And then you get back to the 12th dimension.” “And at the point where you’ve learned everything there is to learn through all … 12 dimension densities, you have a choice to make.” “The choice is, are you going to go back to Source and reunite with the initial source of this universe?” “Or are you gonna break away and create your own universe?” “The choice is yours.” “The purpose of existence is experiencing through limitation.” Credits: @Holden_Culotta @elizabethapril_ @AcidForSquares

I think AJ may end up going to the Chargers. If you think about it, the Chargers need him more than NE. If Vrabel gets fired, and AJ demanded a trade because he wanted to play for Vrabel, the Chargers make a lot of sense to go after AJ. Howie and the Eagles do unexpected things.

Since everyone is talking about the draft. Here is an interesting metric to consider: Homegrown Starters. That would be the most effective way to measure draft efficiency. These are 2025 starters drafted by their team in 2025: 🥇 Tier 1 (80–90%) Cowboys Eagles Lions 🥈 Tier 2 (70–80%) Ravens Bills 49ers 🥉 Tier 3 (60–70%) Chiefs (more external additions than people realize) Seahawks Texans @ShaneHaffNFL

Well…the Eagles took the highest ranked WR in the draft at 20. I was wrong…I said AJs dead cap was too much to trade him…so AJ had to demand the trade with a threat. Hes gone as of June 1.

How did the SPLC get a half-billion dollar plus offshore endowment in the Cayman Islands? The SPLC has targeted me and others relentlessly, putting us on their “hate watch” list. There was already a gunman who was foiled in a terrorist attack in D.C. who used the SPLC to identify his target. Remember that some of the most unethical Antifa boosters have or had SPLC affiliations including @jason_a_w, @MichaelEHayden, @hannahgais, @CreedeNewton

Elon Musk just diagnosed the disease no one admits they have. Life has become a triage ward. Pay the bill. Dodge the crisis. Survive the week. Repeat until dead. Musk: “Life cannot just be about solving one miserable problem after another. That can’t be the only thing.” Most people can name every problem they are running from. They cannot name a single thing they are running toward. That is the disease. You did not lose your purpose. You replaced it with maintenance. Musk: “There need to be things that inspire you. That make you glad to wake up in the morning and be part of humanity.” Glad to be part of humanity. When was the last time you felt that. Not relief. Not distraction. Not the dull numbness of a weekend burning down to Sunday night. Actual gladness that you exist. Most people cannot answer that question. Not because the answer is painful. Because they have never been asked. We have spent decades staring at the floor. Sweeping the same dirt into the same corner of the same room. Musk quotes Tsiolkovsky: “Earth is the cradle of humanity, but you cannot stay in the cradle forever.” The cradle is warm. The cradle is safe. The cradle is small. And a species that refuses to leave it is not being cautious. It is dying slowly in the only room it has ever known. Musk: “It is time to go forth, become a starfaring civilization… and expand the scope and scale of human consciousness.” Look up tonight. Billions of galaxies. Trillions of stars. An ocean of light stretching 93 billion light years in every direction. And one tiny wet rock figured out how to wonder why it exists. We are not passengers on this planet. We are the universe waking up. And right now the only conscious thing in the universe is trapped in one room arguing about the electricity bill. The problems will never end. There will always be another fire. But you were not built to fight fires. The universe was dark for 13.8 billion years. Then it opened one eye. You.
