I'm very proud that my main study from my PhD is finally out in the journal Brain! This was a huge collaborative project that took several years but I'm happy with the result!

The greatest gift Rob Prior could receive is a cure for CMT. A cure would mean a life free from the fear and uncertainty that CMT brings, a chance to build a family without the worry of passing this condition on & a wonderful way to memorialize his mother.

Delighted to see our image on the cover of the journal Brain (Sept. issue). The image is of a giant plasma membrane vesicle. We used these vesicles to analyze the lipids in healthy vs CMT1A-diseased cells.
Very cool and enigmatic image!
