Kobe holds the record for combined All-NBA 1st team and All-Defense 1st team selections with 20. 🐐
Prior to 2014 coaches voted for All-Defensive team, not the media. So the claim that haters use that he got some some selections because of popularity doesn't hold up. Coaches seen his defense up close and personal. All of Kobe's selections were well deserved.

lol nobody can gaslight me bc I was there I know what I watched. 4th qtr we went away from the triangle and just put the ball in his hands to win games. Shaq became a screener the last 5 mins of the game. Best closer of all time!
