Highlight of today's grading is a new concept of making a
"Bias before and after mind map." in their case about elderly. The idea is to pro-actively confront and remind the designer of whatever pre-existing connotations they have and reconsider those after the empathize phase.

Really weird find today, we were planning a holiday to Cuba but apparently "someone" in early January 2021 decided that the right to an ESTA Visa Waiver for US should be withdrawn if someone visits this country. As we visited US and like to in the future, seems Cuba is cancelled.

On average probably save 2 papers a day, scan through 1 liking it so much I save it in a folder and name it. The publishers decide to generate random numbers for the pdfs, I question why. It costs about 12s each time to add author year title conf/journal, 42min per researcher €
