I recently moved over to Bluesky, followed the masses. Time will tell if we all end up back here. Maybe. But really, it's refreshing to spend some time on a social media platform without the constant ads, bots, and "relevant" recommendation push notifications.
The recent tropical storm "Kristine" caused terrifying flooding in many parts of the Philippines. My friends in the Bikol region are heavily affected. Seeing the outcome is heartbreaking. They all prepared but it came much worse than expected.
Perhaps availability bias plays a role, but I have been reading about (alleged) espionage cases quite often lately, especially in Central Europe. Are authorities looking more closely than they used to? Or has espionage become a trendy media topic in the emerging Cold War 2? Both?
Representatives from Germany, the United States 🇺🇸, the Republic of Korea 🇰🇷 and other @UN_Command Member States gathered at Camp Humphreys to recognize the accession of the Federal Republic of Germany 🇩🇪 into UNC Aug. 2. 🇩🇪 membership will enhance our multinational efforts.

I finally scored this art book for a really good price. The quality is phenomenal! It was produced as part of an art exhibition in Vienna in 2010, hosted by the Museum of Applied Arts (Vienna) in cooperation with the Korean Art Gallery and Paektusan Academy of Architecture.
