So @vueling...My bag was lost mid-February. After repeatedly contacting your company re my claim on March 10th, I finally hear back. You want to reimburse my flight? What about the >€1500 that you owe for my lost bag per Montreal Convention of 1999? This is what you owe me.
To @vueling. My bag has been lost for 23 days and I need to make a claim so you can pay me per the Montréal Convention. But your site is designed so I cannot actually make the claim! And you are ignoring my private messages. Please take responsibility like you are legally obliged
As much as I love Chablis, I did not know a tiny village in Dorset gave its name to this unique soil type formed during the late Jurassic period. This is a must visit!
The 2019 Doisy-Daëne is a clear indicator that I need to drink more sweet wine. This wine rocks! So fresh, balanced and mineral with some lovely saline touches and a succulent core. 100% Sémillon. It showed just as… instagram.com/p/CA-4WJCJpkH/…
En Primeur tastings continue arvi_wines with boriemanoux and today I was treated to two of my favorite wines from domainedechevalier with possibly my favorite Bordeaux family. Love them all! #pessacleognan… instagram.com/p/CA-WOumJRg2/…
"Your comments help us to improve so we would like to thank you for getting in touch with us." That is it. So, @vueling, how is this helpful? How can you knowingly be taking lots of money from customers that lost luggage on your flights? Disgraceful. #neveragainvueling
The other time I posted about this @vueling, you told me to contact the company email. It sounded helpful, but it was obviously a ploy to ignore me on Twitter. I got a generic response saying that though I spent €320, you only had a legal right to pay €100.
Well, @vueling after having some big reimbursement problems at the end of this past year...I apparently still have them. Very little reimbursement for luggage which was lost for 2 days and then you decided to charge me €114 (CHF 124.75) to call your "help" desk. You are robbers!
To make the situation even more of a scam @vueling, I got my mobile phone bill. Your company told me to call a number in Spain to find out the whereabouts of my lost luggage. Nobody on your end told me it was a premium number. I got charged CHF 125 (€114) for a 24 minute call.
Then @vueling, you through out my claim stating that you only reimburse necessities! I pleaded with the person on the other end of the email and I received a message...I would be reimbursed. But not exactly. I only received €100, not over the €300 I spent.
Well @vueling, your lost luggage policy is a true scam. You lost my bag for 2 days while on a business trip in Sept. I was told to buy what I needed, which I did - clothing and toiletries. I was asked 4 times to provide the same receipts and ticket info...
