The Battle of the Bulge is over...so FDR negotiates with Hitler to sue for peace. The Nazis are still in full control of Germany, but we want to end the war....with promises from them to stop fighting outside of Germany, and to close the Concentration camps....and stop their aggression. With no evidence they'll keep their word....we agree. This is how I see our current peace treaty with Iran.
