We are heartbroken to share that HNC member Emma Carder passed away on Thursday. Emma was the beating heart of our club. It is impossible to put into words how painful this loss is and how much she will be missed. We send our love to her wonderful family.

Our Regional squad hosted Omega on Sunday. After a slow start, trailing by as many as 20 goals in the first half, we fought back to win the second half but it wasnβt quite enough. Final score 47-59 π

On Sunday, the regional team travelled to Crosskeys with a new-look side due to squad injuries and unavailability. Everyone played brilliantly despite the 68-47 final score going the way of Crosskeys π

Yesterday, our regional squad hosted a very strong Turnford side and dug deep. After losing 75-41 last time out, we knew it would be tough. Turnford came out 57-41 winners this time, but we only lost the second quarter by 2 goals and put in a performance to be proud of.

Last weekend our regional side travelled to Eastwood hoping to bounce back from a disappointing trip to Hornets but it wasnβt to be. A frustrating, physical encounter saw us finish up with the loss 29-44.
