Fascinating article from Spacelab, finding 83% people are feeling just as productive, or even more productive, working from home. Surely this means the office has to offer something different?
Two things are clear: the office is not ‘needed’ to be productive BUT is clearly desired for collaboration/learning/socialising. And secondly the average office needs to seriously up its game to successfully deliver what its customers want.
