A year later than planned and without a team finally managed to do Tough Mudder. A year ago I could barely walk and thought my running days might be over after struggling with recurring injuries. Now I feel healthy again and am so grateful for that #ToughMudder

It's been a good day: facilitating my first supervision sessions and appraisal conversations with new team members and getting to know them better, and coming home to a kind message from @ChrisOliverNHS. Very much appreciated, thank you.

Always good to get the blues back on for an inpatient day (not too keen on this time of day though!)

Extremely pleased to report the next step in my nursing journey will be as a Clinical Lead for the Home-Based Treatment Team. Sad to leave my Mountcroft (& F4!) colleagues who have become a surrogate family this year, but excited for the challenges ahead 🎉
