Around 15 minutes ago there was some sort of explosion that was felt in many towns in eastern Massachusetts. It actually shook the building I am in (some others have said the same). See e.g. the replies to the post below. Haven't heard any reporting yet on what it actually was.

Note: The city is heavily ticketing folks in the city spaces in the Olympia area near the stadium today. Long row of cars and all of them had the telltale orange envelope on them and parking employee actively ticketing people as I went by.

Slowly reaching the conclusion that Casino is Martin Scorsese’s magnum opus. A decade ago, I would’ve never made such a statement because I always thought Goodfellas topped Casino. But Scorsese is so sharp & so precise here. Nothing feels wasted. It’s also peak Pesci & De Niro.
