Today, we honor and remember the brave heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom—which, I'm very sad to say, may or may not be exactly what they were truly "sacrificed" for... but, in the very least, I'd like to think that they themselves believed whole-heartedly that their bravery (and sacrifice) WAS in the name of our freedom—and that's good enough for me.
So today, we're celebrating them the best way we know how: burning some burgers, over-seasoning everything, hanging with friends and family, and shooting off some fireworks (that better be just the fireworks I hear).
Whether you're chilling with family, partying hard, or just trying not to catch the yard on fire, I hope you all have an amazing and safe holiday!
