Created in New Orleans around 1940, the Hurricane has seen many iterations. The original was created with fassionola; a syrup rarely seen today. We brought fassionola back to Seattle with passionfruit, lime, strawberry, hibiscus, pineapple and mango for the perfect Hurricane! ⛱
