If Clubs don't drive the change, who will? England Hockey have let the ball drop too many times and we are calling for a top-down review of their governance, regulations, competition structure and transparency in decision making.

For those interested the @EnglandHockey annual report is out (good job hiding it).
To say it’s damning is an understatement. Making a loss, very minimal revenue increases. That’s not to mention low levels of assets.
The update on the performance programme is, well lacking

Interesting to note but the last board meeting minutes available online were October 2024. In those meetings they say that the next meeting will include performance review of GB.
Since October 2024 no meeting minutes shared, not very transparent. @MemEnglandhokey

England Hockey should see this tournament as a failure, use it to reset and rebuild. Belgium did it brilliantly and have openly said they’ll do it again, they aren’t to proud to do it. Why are we?
