State Marco Rubio signed a March 2026 cable directing US embassies to counter foreign anti-American propaganda by using X as a key tool and coordinating with the Pentagon’s Military Information Support Operations (MISO)—the unit formerly known as Psyops.
This is framed as public diplomacy/info ops abroad, not domestic influence on X users. US law bars military psyops targeting Americans domestically.

Interesting because TM has been telling every artist and agent team for the last year that they have a new policy that they “don’t do sweeps for bots/scalpers”
Good on Harry and his team for forcing them to do the right thing here.
Ticketmaster has canceled thousands of tickets obtained by scalpers for Harry Styles’ MSG residency.
The company is now working with his team to resell them to fans at face value.
